With over 25 years in the game, Simon’s career has taken him from Zimbabwe to the UK, and now sunny Australia. He’s worked in world-renowned hotels, managed ‘Country Inns’ and safari camps across Africa, led teams of up to 120 in the best London restaurants and 10+ years in pubs and clubs around Brisbane.

Simon’s recruitment experience in hospitality and agriculture, paired with his hands-on industry knowledge, makes him a natural at finding the right people for the right roles.
