A local go-to for a quick fix take out or a casual dine in. They have an excellent track record of developing Managers from within, but now it's time to bring in some fresh talent as they continue to grow.

With internal promotions come new opportunities, and we're delighted to be searching for a committed hospitality professional who is ready to step into one of the Bayside's most popular casual eateries.

Senior management here takes the approach of "What is important to you matters to us," so they’ve raised the bar by providing flexible rosters that suit most lifestyles and tick the work-life balance boxes that many hospitality workers struggle to achieve.

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead service, coach and develop staff on shift, manage team KPIs, oversee food safety, and support senior management as they continue to run a high-performing operation.



The Candidate

• Previous hospitality leadership experience is essential, preferably within cafes, QSR, or chained restaurants
• Motivated to work for a group that will provide long term opportunities 
• Solutions focused leader who enjoys working in a procedure driven environment
• Open availability to work a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday - our client has a roster system that provides every 2nd weekend off

The Benefits

• $65,000-70,000 + super + KPI bonuses
• Take part in community events, go away on leadership conferences, and help launch future restaurants
• You'll get the chance to coach and train floor staff, help create action plans for teams, and manage team performance per shift
• With more restaurants set to open in 2025, our client knows there will be more opportunity to climb the ladder - there's a good chance this will lead to a Restaurant Manager level within the group in the near future
