We are on the hunt for an experienced Venue Manager with a passion for fun and entertainment. 

Based in the heart of Freo this venue provides a new experience for even the most travelled Venue Manager. 

This venue offers activities and entertainment for all as well as serving up some creative cocktails and mouth-watering meals. 

About The Role

• Manage front and back of house operations included but not limited to rosters, stock management, COGS, training, labour and forecasting. 
• Be a leader and person of influence with your team members across all areas of the business. 
• Maintain and manage an amazing, fun and collaborative atmosphere. 
• Maintain high standards of compliance in regards to food safety, hygiene and public safety. 
• Support the enjoyable and entertaining culture of the venue. 

About You

• A minimum of 2 years at the helm of a busy hospitality or entertainment venue. 
• An ability to make every day fun and enjoyable for both customers and staff in the venue. 
• An ability to work nights, evenings, weekends and public holidays. 
• Strong time management skills and high level of experience in administrative tasks - being able to balance these with being a hands-on front of house manager.
