Our Client: 

Is a modern restaurant that offers their clientele fine dining quality food and service in a relaxed, fun and sun soaked location on Auckland's Viaduct.
  
Our client is looking for a talented Senior Pastry Chef to join their award-winning restaurant. 
  
The Role: 
  
Will see the successful candidate be responsible for managing their pastry section, implementing new menus, assisting with service and leading a Junior Pastry Chef whilst collaborating with the restaurant's Executive Chef. 
  
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef ideally in a high end / fine-dining restaurant 
• Minimum 5 years of pastry chef experience
• Strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of Pastry techniques and ingredients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Someone who can work independently 
• Be able to implement new menus and assist with service
• Keep up with Health and Safety and recipe books updates
• Passionate, dedicated, and committed to perfection
