We are looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to come and take their next step at our client's one of a kind venue. Come work in this fun and fast paced food and beverage establishment… with a twist!

About the Role:

• Assist the Venue Manager with day to day operations, driving success through sales growth and managing KPIs
• Lead and coach a large team of up to 15 direct reports to deliver a one of a kind guest experience
• Maintain and ensure compliance in areas such as food safety, product quality and training.
• Ability to work in a team environment to complete tasks to a high standard
• Drive positive team culture and engagement

About You:

• Experience in hospitality leadership in a food or beverage venue is a must
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• A desire to drive high customer satisfaction and ability to bring the fun to work!
• Positive attitude with a solution focused mindset.
• Clear understanding of business metrics and KPIs within a hospitality environment
