The Role:

  • Oversee rosters, stock control, and cost management

  • Drive customer engagement and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
What’s Needed:
  • Experience in a leadership role within quick-service, fast-food or casual dining
  • A hands-on approach, leading by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to create a great experience
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
