Head of Beverage Operations

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Beverage Operations to lead and elevate the beverage strategy across a diverse portfolio of venues. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep passion for drinks, strong leadership skills, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial success.

As a key leader, you’ll oversee beverage operations, drive profitability, build strong supplier relationships, and mentor teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an innovative, high-quality beverage program across all venues.
• Lead supplier negotiations, manage inventory, and control costs to maximise profitability.
• Standardise beverage operations while ensuring each venue maintains its unique identity.
• Train and mentor bartenders, sommeliers, and front-of-house teams to enhance knowledge and service.
• Monitor industry trends, introducing new products and seasonal offerings to keep menus fresh and exciting.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety standards, and operational best practices.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to create compelling beverage activations and promotions.
• WSET 3 and above only 

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in a senior beverage leadership role within hospitality, F&B, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic menu development and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• A balance of creativity and commercial acumen, ensuring both innovation and profitability.
