Lead a dynamic team, oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service, and drive success in a casual dining environment.

• Lead and inspire a team of 8x FOH team members inclusive of a Bar Manager and two Shift Leaders including recruitment, onboarding & on going training & development 
• Be responsible for effective rostering & labour costs
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimize wastage
• Address customer concerns professionally and proactively.
• Enforce health, safety and liquor regulations.
• Maintain restaurant security and oversee cash-handling procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team specifically the Head Chef to maintain smooth service for customers 

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager ideally in the casual dining or gastropub space in New Zealand 
• New Zealand working rights either NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or on an Open Work Visa 
• Experience working to sales budgets, KPIS and P&L Management 
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude - this restaurant over peak summer was serving 400x customers per day 
• Knowledge of liquor laws, stock management, and financial controls.
