Skills & Experience

• Candidates with Management experience in Hospitality, QSR or Food Retail will only be considered for this role
• Comfortable working to KPIs, managing inventory and controlling COG's
• Capable of motivating medium to large teams in a demanding environment
• Experience handling difficult situations, conflict resolution and troubleshooting issues during service
• Good understanding of Food Safety, OHS, food trends & industry knowledge, and best practices for leading teams
