About You:  

• Exceptional customer service focus with a can do attitude and a sales mindset
• Leadership of the team, mentoring and encouraging your team to perform to their best in every situation and live the brand culture at all times 
• Excellent presentation and communication as well as strong organisational skills
• Confidence in presenting to clients and showcasing your knowledge of the product
• Creativity in marketing and sales generation, social media experience
• Stock and labour cost control experience
• Team player attitude with the ability to build a great team culture
