As the new Assistant Venue Manager / Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager, overseeing daily operations, collaborating on functions, and leading a dynamic team to deliver outstanding service every night. This role is ideal for experienced Assistant Managers or Venue Managers who thrive in late-night, high-volume environments and want to refine their leadership skills while taking on broader operational responsibilities.

• Work closely with the Bar Manager and other departments to execute premium service and events
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee functions, activations, and guest experience initiatives
• Manage rostering, compliance, and team training to maintain high service standards
• Take a hands-on leadership role, leading from the floor and ensuring seamless service
