The chic dining room, the uncomplicated menu, and the seamless service, allow for guests to sink in to their chairs and soak up the ambience.
The food menu expresses a strong sense of the European influences, using some of our regions best produce.
The wine pairing showcases producers from near and far with a focus on small-medium production. A real collaboration between the kitchen and front of house teams.
The Restaurant Manager will be immersed in service every working day, leading with a casual, friendly and effective approach that is in keeping with the venues style.
Expect to lead a ready made team of 15 for a venue that will serve 50 plus guests per service.
The ideal candidate - A minimum of 1 years Restaurant Manager or Front of House Manager experience is essential. Applicant's with contemporary or fine dining experience are preferred
- Industry proud leader who wants to work with one of the best premium F&B teams in Melbourne
- A service style that is free-flowing and authentic
- WSET accreditation is desirable, but not essential
- The ability to inspire an experienced team whilst harnessing a positive energy
