About The Role: Renowned Australian QSR brand committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on healthy products, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Restaurant Manager for their Northern Suburbs location around the Hillarys/Whitfords area.

Position Overview: As a Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate individuals in delivering outstanding service and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. Our client is looking for a results-driven manager who can uphold their high standards and drive success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management, food preparation, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Collaborate with the state management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and enhancing the customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards through regular inspections and training.
Qualifications: - At least 2 year of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in a QSR setting.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of achieving results through team engagement and development.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
