This specific property provides both a hotel & apartment offering in Queenstown with a focus on leisure & tour groups. 

From a food perspective, breakfast & dinner are the two most important services and this CDP role will have a strong focus on managing the breakfast buffet, 

The role: 

Is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CDP looking for some extra responsibility through running the busy breakfast buffet shift whilst being a positive contributing member to the small overall kitchen team of 4x.

Skills & Experience required:
