This specific property provides both a hotel & apartment offering in Queenstown with a focus on leisure & tour groups.
From a food perspective, breakfast & dinner are the two most important services.
The role:
Is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to take on their first Head Chef role, alternatively it would suit an experienced Head Chef who is looking to take a step back and manage a small team with limited pressure.
Breakfast is a very busy food service offering via buffet with dinner a, a la carte focus. Our client is someone who understands how to make ingredients shine.
The team is intimate with 3x chefs reporting into you and you will be responsible for all menu development, financial management, staff management and working closely with the General Manager.

Skills & Experience required: -Senior Sous or Head Chef experience within a hotel environment or standalone restaurants
