About the Opportunity:

Work at a beautiful, renowned establishment set in a stunning regional location, operating for more than 20 years.  They are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie with strong experience in italian cuisine and ambitions to grow under the mentorship of an amazing Executive Chef.

Deliver contemporary, fine italian cuisine and help to ensure seamless operations for both regular service and private events, catering for up to 400 guests.

As Chef de Partie you will have:

• Expertise in authentic Italian cuisine and high-volume banquets & events, in fine dining settings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar, high-volume role in a quality establishment.
• Exposure to kitchen financials with a good understanding of COGS and Wage Costs.
• Experience in remote/regional locations.

• Immediate availability
