The role: 
  • Kitchen Manager - responsible for BOH operations - reporting to the Restaurant General Manager
  • Leading teams of 10+ in a fast paced QSR/casual dining restaurant
  • Manage operations, rosters & COGS
  • Food preparation, ordering, food safety & compliance will be part of your day to day 
About you: 
  • Experience a restaurant manager across the QSR or casual dining industry
  • Motivated to grow your career & inspire those around you to do the same
  • Obsessed with welcoming guests & offering an industry best level of service
  • Capable of managing full restaurant financials
