You'll assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, boost team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create a memorable experience!

 The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, this role is key to ensuring smooth, efficient restaurant operations. You’ll be trusted to deliver the quality food and service that defines our client's brand.

The Role:
  • Ensuring restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep
  • Enhancing guest satisfaction
  • Streamlining daily operating procedures
  • Overseeing restaurant opening and closing routines
  • Managing staff schedules, timesheets, and team allocations
  • Executing training programs, enforcing company policies, and upholding SOPs
About You 
  • Proven leadership experience within a QSR environment
  • High standard of food preparation and productivity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail

  • $75k + super + bonus

  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
