With upcoming promotions and internal movements on the way, we are looking for candidates to start in January/February 2025 after the Christmas period. 

The Opportunity:

If you are a motivated hospitality manager who can effectively manage large teams and drive great results then this could be the role for you.

This is a hands-on management role which would see you in the thick of the action during service as well as completing management roles and responsibilities such as rostering, stocktaking and wastage management as well as staff training and performance management.

About You:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar level working for a food retail, casual dining or F&B venue is essential.
• Career driven and motivated individual with a hunger to learn new skills
• Team player with the ability to lead and influence others
• Confident managing day to day operations and troubleshooting all the challenges that come with it - service issues, customer complaints and enquiries, staffing solutions, OHS & Food safety compliance
• Will to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures, and eager to achieve excellence
