Lead a stunning, multi-faceted venue in Sydney's Inner West!

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager (Licensee) to oversee a dynamic and diverse venue featuring a premium restaurant, a spacious casual al fresco area, and versatile event spaces. Starting January 25, this 6-month contract offers a competitive salary of $100K + super. Reporting to the Group Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this modern and bustling destination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the venue’s Licensee, ensuring compliance and exceptional standards
• Overseeing the operations of a high-quality restaurant and large casual al fresco area
• Managing event spaces that host everything from corporate functions to large weddings
• Handling rosters, ordering, and training to maintain a top-performing team
• Ensuring the venue runs like clockwork by liaising with stakeholders and managing the facility
• Driving operational excellence while meeting high expectations for service and quality

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience managing a licensed venue
• Expertise in staff management, rostering, and ordering
• Proven ability to manage multiple spaces simultaneously, from dining to events
• Experience delivering seamless service for events of all sizes and types
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset for improving operations and guest satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of WHS compliance and standards
