The opportunity: 

This opportunity is incredibly unique to the New Zealand market and located in the heart of Auckland's CBD. Reporting into the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading a comprehensive team to deliver over 5M premium high quality meals per year for top restaurants + conferencing & events centres. 

This role requires someone coming from a production, catering or events background where fast paced, high volume and demanding expectations excite you and how you lead. 

We need this Senior Chef to be highly analytical, commercial and fantastic with financials.
