We are seeking a talented Multi-site Store Manager to join a growing team across two busy Gold Coast locations. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations. This includes managing a team of enthusiastic staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards and driving sales to achieve targets. The stores trade primarily for brunch & lunch across 7 days, offering you daytime shifts and providing an excellent work-life balance.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience within a similar role, with a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets. You could be a Store or Restaurant Manager overseeing a large operation, or come with experience leading teams across multiple sites.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing PnL and budgets.
• A natural leader with a knack for bringing out the best in others and creating a winning team dynamic.
• Someone ready to embrace the excitement and challenges of multi-site management with enthusiasm and energy.
