About the opportunity
  
This business has a strong focus on health foods and health drinks that aligns with their branding and mission statement.

This is a very front and centre role, requiring an engaging and organised team player who will shift manage as well as take care of business management duties including rostering, training, recruitment, customer service management, managing labour, and stock management.

You will be overseeing a team of 15 staff on a roster. The business is open 7 days a week and is days only so expect to be wrapped up by 6pm most days. 

Our client believes that this role is suited to  customer centric leader who is motivated to help run a full business unit whilst remaining involved in front of house operations each day.


The ideal candidate

• A minimum of 1 years Restaurant or Store Manager experience, preferably within cafes or quick service restaurants
• Naturally a positive, can-do personality who enjoys being the face of a business each day
• Strong understanding of food safety (food safety certificate is an advantage but not essential)
• Ability to work directly with Owners and implement their strategic change when given the opportunity
• A leader who is hungry to grow - this group has a bright future ahead of them and the opportunity for someone to internally step up will come in time
