About the Role 

Our client manages three distinctive bar and restaurant venues in North Queensland, each offering authentic local experiences. We are seeking a professional to serve as the face of the organisation, representing the owners' interests while driving business growth.

As the Group Operations Manager you will concentrate on enhancing the existing venues across various business segments. Your primary objective will be to optimise current operations by streamlining processes and procedures.

The key areas of business include bars, restaurants, accommodations, events, and a microbrewery.


What You Need

• Proven experience in hospitality operations or multi-site management.
• Knowledge of developing various business segments.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong emphasis on training and development.
• Excellent financial and budgeting knowledge 
• Ability to foster genuine connections with team members.
• Skills in local networking for brand promotion.
• Commercially astute.
