The Opportunity
  
This food-retailer has a strong focus on gourmet treats and a high level service that aligns with their branding and products.

This is a very front and centre role, requiring an engaging and organised team player who will shift manage as well as take care of business management duties including rostering, training, recruitment, customer service management, managing labour, and stock management.

You will be overseeing a team of 15 staff on a roster. Business is open 7 days a week and is days only so expect to be wrapped up by 6pm most days. 

This role is designed to suit leaders who are excelling in running business units whilst remaining balanced in people development and front of house management.
