About You
  
Our client is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the team. To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Proficiency in modern Australian cuisine and seafood
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Creativity and passion for food
  • Calm leadership under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of rostering, ordering, and stock control
  • A la carte fine dining experience
  • Leadership skills to mentor and develop staff
  • Experience with functions and events (a bonus)
