The roles:

Join our fine dining team at a leading Canberra luxury hotel. We value creativity, high standards and sustainability. Now hiring across various levels.

• Commis Chef
  • Assist senior chefs with food preparation, cleanliness and organisation. Ideal for those starting their culinary career in a fine dining setting.
  • Requirements: Cert 3 in Cookery, junior chef experience, multitasking skills.
• Demi Chef
  • Ensure high food standards and mentor junior staff. Support menu planning and dish preparation. Great for expanding culinary skills.
    Requirements: Cert 4 in Cookery, cooking technique knowledge, similar role experience.
• Chef De Partie
  • Lead your kitchen section, manage stock and train junior chefs. Collaborate on menu innovation and ensure consistency in dishes.
    Requirements: Chef De Partie experience, Diploma in Cookery, leadership skills.
