As Chef de Cuisine, you’ll be leading the kitchen, working closely with a highly experienced Executive Chef, crafting high-quality, innovative dishes that set the standard for excellence. About You

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Cuisine with a flair for leadership and a love for Asian cuisine, particularly Cantonese. You should be a natural motivator who thrives in high-pressure environments and can inspire your team to perform at their best during busy service.

Key qualities we’re after:

• Proven experience in high-end, fast-paced restaurants featuring Cantonese and other Asian cuisines
• Expertise in kitchen operations, staff training, and menu development
• A hands-on, energetic approach with a passion for delivering top-tier dishes
• Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team in a bustling environment
• Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving skills and a focus on quality
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster, lunch and dinner
