Savvy Senior Host for Cantonese style restaurant opening in the heart of Brisbane

We’re thrilled to be working with a hospitality group that’s expanding into Brisbane with a brand-new, 200-seat modern Asian restaurant. This sleek, brand new venue will offer classic Cantonese-inspired cuisine, combining upscale service with a touch of flair with dining rooms and lounge area to elevate the guest experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to work under a highly experienced Venue Manager, gaining valuable skills while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for both locals and international visitors. An opportunity for an experienced Senior Host / Host Manager is now available.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing front-of-house operations in a busy restaurant
• Fluency in Cantonese and or Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills to lead and motivate the hosting team
• Ability to manage reservations, seating and guest flow during peak hours
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed for restaurant operations
