We’re thrilled to be working with a hospitality group that’s expanding into Brisbane with a brand-new, 200-seat modern Asian restaurant. This sleek, brand new venue will offer classic Cantonese-inspired cuisine, combining upscale service with a touch of flair with dining rooms and lounge area to elevate the guest experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to work under a highly experienced Venue Manager, gaining valuable skills while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for both locals and international visitors. We are now recruiting for a Bar Manager to lead the bar setup through November in time for a December opening.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative mind skilled in designing fantastic cocktail menus
• Background in wines and whiskeys would be an added advantage
• Ability to manage a small team
• Stock control & understanding of costings
• A great attitude and people focus

What’s On Offer

• Full-time opportunity and a 38-hour weekly roster
