About the opportunity
  
This group have been able to provide long term opportunities for our candidates across their portfolio, from middle management to executive leadership/specialist positions. 

From day one you will get the support and guidance from an Operations Manager who will help you understand how to achieve success in line with company goals, whilst being able to lead a team your way.

You will receive a perosnalised 30 day plan to ensure you are trained to the right level to run shifts for a 30 seater venue that trades high volume from early in the morning through to late afternoon. 

Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential. Our client requires leadership experience in hospitality, preferably within a cafe, casual eatery, or QSR>


The ideal candidate

• 2+ years Cafe Manager or Restaurant Management experience is essential
• A leader who understands how to work in a systematic environment that has well defined processes and procedures
• Strong team management skills with the ability to coach and develop casual hospitality staff
• Barista trained is desirable
• A leader who enjoys working in small teams and appreciates the cafe/casual dining culture
