This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a knack and passion for training and people development. As the Queensland Training & Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in leading the skill development of teams across the state, working with a family-focused brand that values growth and teamwork.

About the Role

• Working across multiple sites across Queensland
• Develop & improve training process & procedures
• Induct new starters & complete training plans
• Support strategies for optimising store performance & efficiency
• Ensure activation of marketing campaigns & their alignment with the brand
• Reporting to the National Ops Manager

About you

• Experienced as a QSR Restaurant Manager
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills - as in, your people will look forward to seeing you in their store!
• Ideally have worked across both corporate & franchise stores 
• LOVE supporting & seeing people succeed
• Looking for the next step in your Restaurant Manager career
