About the Role:
In this vital position, the Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys the warmth and flavor of our unique cuisine. With a focus on quality and outstanding service, the manager will inspire a committed team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality
• Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure all food and service standards are consistently met and exceeded
• Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control efficiently
• Drive sales and monitor KPIs to achieve quarterly bonuses
• Build strong relationships with guests, creating an inviting atmosphere

About You:

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a modern or Middle Eastern setting
• A genuine passion for the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
