This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the end-to-end food operations for a renowned brand and shape its future success.
  
About the Role

As the Brand Food Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the food function, ensuring that culinary operations meet our high standards. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, and maintaining food safety protocols while fostering a culture of excellence across the brand’s locations.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of food/menu strategies, policies, and procedures across multiple kitchens.
• Oversee product development and ensure that preparation and cooking standards align with company guidelines.
• Research industry trends to innovate and enhance menu offerings and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve budgetary goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, equipment maintenance, and operational standards.
• Provide leadership to the BOH teams and foster collaboration with FOH teams for smooth operations.
• Mentor and develop key kitchen staff, including Head Chefs, Assistant Kitchen Managers, and BOH employees.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 7+ years experience as a Chef, including 3+ years at a Head Chef level.
• Strong background in food innovation and trend analysis within full-service and fast-casual restaurants.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Expertise in food management, cost control, and compliance within the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
