Our client is a leader in the East Coast hospitality industry, recognized for their celebrated venues across South East Queensland. Known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through seasonal menus and stunning settings, they are now looking to expand their team with an Assistant Venue Manager in Noosa.

This is a hands-on role where your passion for quality service and wine knowledge will be key. You'll help lead a talented and dedicated team, providing an elevated dining experience while keeping the focus on guest satisfaction and team development.

Looking for hospitality professionals with:

• Experience at an Assistant Manager or senior supervisor level in a fine dining or casual fine dining environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on training and developing a passionate team
• A deep passion for delivering outstanding service, with great F&B and wine knowledge
• The ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic venue
• A solutions-focused attitude, always striving for excellence
