Born and raised inside the hospitality world, Giovana had no option other than to love our exciting industry. She grew up in a family where food is the glue that keeps everything together where she proudly carried that on by working in restaurants for over 10 years serving both back and front of the house.

Giovana is originally from Brazil where her family owns multiple restaurants, this played an integral part in her upbringing giving her exposure to the world of hospitality and operations. Her experience from leading teams of 50+ people to small local venues across two corners of the world has added flexibility and communication skills to her portfolio. 

In her spare time, you can find Giovana in restaurants around Sydney trying as many different courses on the menu as she can. If not there, she will be in a National park camping or enjoying time with her dog.
