The Opportunity
Our client is seeking two high-performing Venue Managers (or Assistant Venue Managers) to lead their busy, high-energy venues. Whether you’re running a multi-level venue with multiple F&B outlets or a smaller, casual bar experience, each location offers something unique while maintaining consistency across the group.
You’ll manage both front and back of house teams, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional service in an exciting, fast-paced environment. You'll be entrusted with autonomy to run the business, creating rosters and ensuring everything runs smoothly from top to bottom.
