About the opportunity Our client isn't your typical dine-in restaurant. They are fast and efficient, offer a menu packed with sharing options, and their concept ticks the box for most groups looking for fast and friendly dining expeirnece.
You can expect to lead a team of 25+ while managing all aspects of the restaurant — from recruitment and training to P&L analysis and broader people management responsibilities.
This role is more focused on driving a business unit and developing teams, rather than running shifts.
Open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, this venue caters to hundreds of guests daily, driven by strong local demand.
This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring a motivated, customer-centric leader who is passionate about delivering excellent service to every guest who walks through the door.

The ideal candidate
- A minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a Operations Manager, Area Manager, or General Manager is essential, preferably within QSR or chained restaurants
- Ability to react to change and find solutions in high volume environments is essential
- A leader who will jump at the opportunity to rewrite/develop SOP's to take a business in to the future
- Strong financial acumen and standout people management skills
- Confident managing day to day operations and troubleshooting all the challenges that come with it - service issues, customer complaints, staffing solutions, OHS & Food safety compliance
