About the opportunity

The group has been incredibly successful at transitioning hospitality leaders from cafés, chain pubs, quick service restaurants, and hotels.

To be a Restaurant Manager at this group, you’ll need to manage shifts to the highest standard, coach and inspire a team of 5 to 10 during service, and foster an upbeat, positive working environment. You'll also need the know-how to run a medium-sized business unit.

The restaurant is a medium-sized operation, seating 40+ at any given time. Locals love them for their fast and efficient service, whether dining in casually or grabbing a takeaway. In recent years, they've gained a cult-like following on platforms such as DoorDash, Menulog, and Uber Eats, becoming a go-to for takeaway.

We're keen to connect with Restaurant Managers or Venue Managers who have at least 1 year's experience in cafés, chain pubs, quick service restaurants, or hotels.

• Full time permanent position - Rotating roster, open availability between Monday to Sunday, a mix of day and evening shifts. Restaurant is closed most nights by 10pm
• $80,000 + superannuation + bonuses (OTE $20k p/a)
