About the opportunity You will find our clients’ businesses dotted around Melbourne, mainly in shopping centres and high street locations with high foot traffic.
The product is premium and suitable for all ages — the sort of comfort food you would share with friends and family.
This role reports directly to a Business Owner, giving you the support needed to run shifts, lead a small team, serve customers, and manage the point-of-sale system throughout the day.
This small-scale operation can achieve high sales volume throughout the week, and almost always does so on weekends.
The business trades seven days a week: Saturday to Wednesday from 10am to 7pm, and Thursday and Friday from 10am to 9pm.
Selected candidates will have open availability from Monday to Sunday and be willing to work a flexible, rotating roster based on business needs. Most shifts will run from 9am to 5pm.

The candidate - Fun-loving service style is paramount - this role require warmth and positivity
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is essential, preferably a minimum of 1 years experience as a Cafe Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a small team environment is essential
- Open availability Monday to Sunday to work a rotating roster
