Our client is a homegrown Greek street food brand known for fresh ingredients, big flavours and genuine service. It's quick, casual and consistent - without feeling like fast food.

With multiple locations across Australia and more on the way, each store has its own local feel, backed by hands-on support and a strong team culture.

They’re now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead one of their northside Brisbane stores, just minutes from the CBD. You’ll keep the day-to-day running smoothly, support a young team, and work closely with the Ops Manager to build for the future.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience at an leadership level working for a food retail, casual dining or QSR group is preferred
• Well presented, naturally positive person, and a real go getter
• You are competitive, driven and most importantly.. a team player!
• Confident managing day to day operations and troubleshooting all the challenges that come with it - service issues, customer complaints and enquiries, staffing solutions, OHS & Food safety compliance
• Will to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
• This role would suit an Assistant Restaurant Manager or experienced shift supervisor looking for a step up.
