About the opportunity
  
A group that will be able to provide long term progression across hospitality and retail, from venue and store operations to food production. 

We've had great success with this group over the years, and we can confidently say that to be a suitable candidate that you will need to ooze passion for casual dining, be able to inspire the next generation of hospitality workers, and have the ability to impact change on a commercial level.

From day one you will get the support and guidance from an experienced General Manager of Operations.
They will take you on an eye opening 60 day plan of their business to ensure you are trained to the right level to manage a large business unit, get to grips with the company culture, and understand expectations when it comes to results.

This position is for a large, single site operation, managing a team of 50+ across all areas of the business. This role has the potential to lead to multi site management for a neighbouring venue less than 20 minutes away.


The candidate

• Minimum 3 years Venue Manager or Operations Manager experience working for restaurant groups
• Ability to identify business opportunities and create development plans that positively impact revenue growth and profit goals
• You're naturally a hands-on and guest experience minded leader who is at the forefront of service everyday of the week
• Strong training and recruitment skills
• A leader who is looking to climb levels with an expanding group
