The Role This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume Quick service environment. You’ll take charge of daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to deliver top-tier service.
✅ Managing stock, budgets, and rostering to optimise efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

�� Quick service or fast-food management experience – either as a Restaurant Manager or a high-level Assistant Manager ready to step up.

�� Availability to work on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
