You're an experienced & charismatic restaurant manager seeking a step up with a popular venue

Opportunity 

Great opportunity to put your stamp on this already busy, fresh, fun and vibrant family restaurant in one of Brisbane's popular food precincts. The successful applicant will be a dedicated restaurant or cafe manager ready to take ownership of our client's venue serving lunch & dinner 7 days a week.

About you:
  • Experience in table service a la carte dining
  • Extensive food and bar knowledge an advantage
  • Experience with rostering, understanding budgets, staff recruitment and leadership. You'll have a team of around 15.
  • Confident managing reservations, functions & private dinners
  • Are you creative? Great! Opportunity to design & execute popular themed nights
  • Inspiring your team to go above and beyond for the venue's loyal clientele
  • Be able to work calmly when under pressure
  • This role is perfect if you have managed teams in a cafe, a la carte restaurant or pub bistro and looking to join a well known and established name.
