About the opportunity

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for existing and future sites of an established hospitality group.

The Melbourne based role requires a proven leader, confident leading end to end projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and compliance requirements of a growing group.

The candidate:

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years Project Manager experience, with a focus on hospitality projects, preferably within restaurants 
• Previous experience in greenfields sites is desirable, but not essential
• Strong knowledge of Victorian building codes and industry regulations
• Ability to demonstrate skills and experience in estimating, strategic planning, and managing multiple projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A leader who runs with autonomy enjoys being in hybrid roles
