About the opportunity 

If you're an experienced hospitality leader who loves driving restaurant standards and profit goals, but is looking for that next challenge that will test and utlise all of your management skills then we might have the role for you..

Our client has an established fast-casual dining operation that is in need of an experienced leader to who will spend as much time in the business as they will on the business.
This is a hands on, front and centre Venue Manager position will require you to pivot from running service certain days of the week, through to corporate catering and key account management tasks 

You will be joining one high performing team that consists of  combined 6 Assistant Managers and Supervisors, as well as an overall team of 50.

You will report directly to the executive leader in the business and have the ability to run with autonomy in your role whilst getting the continuous support and development to help you advance on the journey


The candidate

• A minimum of 2 years Venue Manager or Restaurant Manager experience is essential, preferably in a high performing operation that can generate over $100k weekly revenue
• A leader who is equally motivated to drive profit, run service, and develop relationships in the community
• The ability to demonstrate strong people and performance management skills
• Strong cost control management skills and the ability to develop revenue streams across the business
• Open availability Monday to Sunday, from morning through to evening
