The Role:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and drive excellence in service
Lead and develop a high-performing BOH & FOH team
Manage rostering, stock control, and financial performance
Maintain high food quality and compliance standards
Work closely with senior leadership to establish and grow the business

What’s Needed:

Experience as a Restaurant or Assistant Manager in a fast-food, QSR or Casual setting
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
A customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
