We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Venue/Bar Manager to join the team at the hotel's flagship bar & restaurant. If you thrive in busy environments and are passionate about leading a team of dedicated F&B professionals we encourage you to apply. This position reports directly to the Venue Manager and presents a valuable leadership opportunity within a close-knit team.

About You

• Have strong background in bar or hospitality venue operations
• Are confident leading large teams (30+) to deliver excellence in service
• Are across day-to-day operations of a venue, including FOH and admin responsibilities
• Top notch beer, wine & cocktail knowledge 
• Aren't shy of being a key leader and the face of the venue
• Are available across a 7 day rotating roster, days & evenings.
