What’s on the Menu for You? As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

• Be the Face of the Venue: Welcome guests with energy and authenticity while leading your team by example.
• Drive the Business: Oversee both front and back-of-house operations, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly.
• Lead the Team: Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high-performing, happy team.
• Deliver Results: Manage budgets, meet financial goals and implement marketing strategies to grow the business.
• Stay Operationally Savvy: Monitor purchasing, inventory and operating procedures to maintain excellence.
• Enhance Guest Satisfaction: Spot opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to elevate the guest experience.

Who We’re Looking For: You’re a skilled and passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or fast-paced food & beverage operations.
• A solid understanding of business operations and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills.
• A calm, professional demeanor under pressure with a focus on results.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
