We’re on the hunt for an experienced General Manager to lead an iconic Sydney venue. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and work alongside a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue, control costs, and boost profitability.
• Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring every event exceeds client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to enhance business growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all operations.
• Analyse venue performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Create and implement innovative service standards that enhance the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, ideally within a Hatted venue or restaurant environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Expertise in event planning, client management, and building long-term business relationships.
• A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences while driving operational success.
• Agility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
